LONG BEACH, Calif. – May 2, 2012 – For the fifth year in a row, Epson, the number one selling projector brand worldwide[i], announced that it has been ranked the number one Home Video Display company in the annual Supplier Loyalty Report by inside track. The Supplier Loyalty Report is an annual, independent North American survey of consumer electronics specialist retailers and custom installers.

Epson received number one rankings in 10 out of 16 categories, including for the first time, Product Innovation. Other top grades include Product Reliability, Assortment, Inventory Turns, Price Protection, and five out of six dealer support measurements, including Tech Support, Resolution of Service Issues, Quality of Sales Reps, Just in Time Delivery, and Ease of Doing Business. Epson also ranked second in Distribution Policies, Business Programs and Dealer Training; third in Product Performance and Profit Margins; and fourth in Brand Name Recognition.
